Why are you here?
You are here because, deep down inside, you feel that something is
missing in your life. More than that, you have had this nagging
feeling in the back of your mind that a lack of discipline on your
part could be remedied by finally following orders.
Why do you feel that there is something fundamentally wrong with your life?
Because somewhere in the core of your being, you know that you are a
poser, a loser, that the only reason for your existing may be to serve
as a bad example for others.
What can you gain?
You could answer this question yourself. You know within your heart
that you can only develop the self-discipline you have been seeking
by learning to take orders and follow correctly the orders of a woman.
Think of the possibilities...
All this time, you know that you have wasted your abilities and potential
by permitting yourself to be distracted. You cling to the hope that someday
you could be a much better person and accomplish much more.

Work Study Program
Obviously, a school like this doesn't run itself. There is an incredible amount of writing and site design, and someone must do it.
You, as a student at the Institute of Discipline, are well aware that it is a very different type of school than any other you may have attended. For one thing, we quite obviously don't receive any government funding. While it's great to get wads of money (we are willing to test this out if you have wads of money to give us), we think that the strings attached to taking Federal grant money would prevent us from serving the needs of our community.
You know your needs, and you can see that other educational institutions of higher learning out there simply are not able to meet them.
So we are able to pick and choose. And we have developed our own work study program.
What is the work study program?
Simply put, you help create site content by writing fiction or assignments, or by designing courses. Just as in the real world, the work must be done well. It must be productive. It must fit in with the Institute.
This would be especially helpful to me because, as I am female, I am not always able to understand the workings of the male mind.
Who knows, you might even end up with a some sort of consideration. Demonstrate to me that you have the skills that it takes to carry out various real tasks and do quality work.
Why should the Mistress do all the work when you lower forms of life are there to do it for her?
